As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting clients and visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, coordinating appointments and meetings, assisting with client intake, and maintaining accurate client records. You will also handle, organize, and maintain legal documents, provide administrative support to attorneys and staff, and ensure daily office operations run smoothly. Effective communication in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will interact with a diverse clientele and team members.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably within a legal setting, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong verbal and written communication skills, professionalism, and confidence in client interactions are crucial. Familiarity with legal terminology, document handling, scheduling, and client intake processes is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure are essential. Proficiency with standard office technology and the capacity to quickly learn new software are also important.
