Legal Receptionist

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, A.P.C. is seeking a dedicated Legal Receptionist for their Los Angeles office. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced legal environment. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

Key responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, scheduling conference room reservations, and maintaining employee directories. The receptionist will also assist with various administrative tasks such as calendaring, document preparation, and serving as a liaison with department managers. This position reports directly to the Office Manager.

Candidates should be bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least one year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within the legal field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and familiarity with case management software like CLIO are highly desirable. A strong customer service orientation, resourcefulness, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently are essential. Weekend availability is a must.

The compensation for this role is $18 to $19 per hour.
