Front Desk/ Receptionist
The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, A.P.C. is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dallas, Texas. As a leading law firm specializing in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Immigration Law, Criminal Defense, and Civil Rights, we are committed to providing exceptional, client-centered advocacy. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced legal environment.
In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing multi-line phone calls, managing conference room reservations, updating employee directories, and assisting with various administrative tasks such as calendaring and document preparation. Additionally, you will support office personnel and coordinate with department managers to ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, with at least one year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably within the legal field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and familiarity with case management software like CLIO are highly desirable. A strong customer service orientation, resourcefulness, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently are essential. Weekend availability is a must.
