Activation Analyst
As an Activation Analyst at Xometry, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing programs that enhance supplier engagement and performance within our marketplace. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Partner Success, Product, Operations, and Marketing, to develop and implement effective activation campaigns and initiatives.
Your primary responsibilities will include crafting and supporting activation campaigns such as incentives, fast-track promotions, and seasonal rewards. You will develop and maintain internal guides, FAQs, and partner-facing resources to support these initiatives. Additionally, you will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth implementation and effective communication of programs. Monitoring key performance indicators for supplier engagement and activation, you will prepare and present reports to measure program outcomes and inform future strategies. Gathering feedback and analyzing program results will be essential for refining and optimizing activation strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, customer or partner enablement, or marketing. Strong project coordination skills, a data-oriented mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities are essential. A creative and strategic thinker who enjoys testing new campaigns and finding innovative ways to drive engagement will thrive in this role. Adaptability to a fast-paced, evolving marketplace environment is crucial. A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, and experience collaborating with Product, Operations, or Marketing teams is a plus.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
