The specialist will report to the team manager in Madrid and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure efficient financial processes.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for establishing contact with past-due customers to resolve delinquencies promptly. Key duties include monitoring accounts daily, discussing overdue payments with clients, and taking actions to encourage timely payments. The role also involves managing disputes, investigating historical data for debts and invoices, processing payments and refunds, and preparing reports on collection activities. Ensuring prompt resolution of customer queries and collaborating with other stakeholders for process improvements are also essential aspects of the position.

Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance, Economics, or Linguistics, and ideally have initial experience in accounting or financial administration. Strong communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and multinational teams. The role requires comfort with numerical data, a target-driven mindset, quick learning abilities, and a proactive, team-oriented approach. An independent and entrepreneurial work style is valued. Business fluency in English is required, and fluency in a second European language is considered a strong plus.
