Accounts Payable Analyst
As an Accounts Payable Analyst at Celonis, you will be an integral part of the Global Accounting Operations team, reporting to the manager based in Madrid. Celonis is a global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology, dedicated to enhancing business processes through advanced AI capabilities. In this position, your primary responsibilities will include processing accounts payable invoices globally, ensuring accurate entry into the ERP system (Workday), and matching them against purchase orders. You will handle incoming requests regarding payment statuses, vendor setups, and general accounts payable inquiries. Additionally, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to address supplier and payment queries, support audit requests, and work on process improvements to drive scalability within the accounts payable function.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills are required, and experience with Workday is considered a plus. While prior experience in accounting or financial administration is advantageous, a strong eagerness to learn and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of other European languages is beneficial.
