Key responsibilities include managing a substantial pipeline of warm leads, utilizing Salesforce to prioritize and advance deals efficiently. The Account Manager will conduct high-volume call blocks, engage in consultative selling to understand homeowners' goals, and tailor financing options accordingly. Collaboration with Operations, Underwriting, and Customer Success teams is essential to ensure a seamless and compliant homeowner journey.

Candidates should possess at least one year of phone sales experience in financial services or a related field, including closing experience. Experience in managing customer pipelines and driving deals to closure is crucial. The ability to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) in the NMLS shortly after hire is required, with multi-state licensing potentially necessary. A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $60,000, with uncapped commission potential. On-Target Earnings (OTE) are approximately $90,000 in the first year, with top performers having the opportunity to earn beyond this figure. To support new hires during the initial period, a $1,500 monthly commission guarantee is provided for the first three months.
