The Account Manager (Enterprise/Strategic) position at KnowBe4 involves managing assigned customer accounts and maximizing all sales opportunities within those accounts. This role focuses on promoting and selling KnowBe4's additional products and services to large businesses with over 1,500 employees, aiming to achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas. The position is based in Clearwater, Florida, with opportunities for hybrid work arrangements.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of potential cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities by developing and managing relationships with assigned accounts. The Account Manager will identify key decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's full suite of products to enhance the customer's security awareness training and overall security posture. Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas and targets is a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing. A proven track record of selling to executive-level positions, such as EVPs and CISOs, is essential. Additionally, the candidate should have over five years of SaaS sales experience, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity, and a history of managing and closing complex, multi-year deals exceeding $500,000 in the enterprise segment.

Compensation for this position ranges from $200,000 to $210,000 annually, including base salary, bonuses, and commissions.
