Xometry is seeking an Account Executive to drive sales growth and expand its customer base within the Asia Pacific region, focusing on Australia, ASEAN countries, and India. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from opportunity to close, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and providing expert guidance on manufacturing solutions. This position combines proactive outbound prospecting with handling inbound opportunities to ensure a healthy pipeline and repeatable growth.

Key responsibilities include initiating and building strong relationships with engineering, procurement, program management, and executive contacts. The Account Executive will identify and develop strategic long-term customers across the specified regions, manage the full sales cycle from qualification through to closing and account expansion, and provide technical expertise to guide customers in selecting the best project manufacturing solutions. Additionally, the role involves partnering with sales engineers to ensure accurate and tailored quotes, negotiating pricing and contract terms, delivering technical presentations at customer meetings and industry events, and tracking industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of corporate sales experience, including at least two years selling technical products or services. Proven success in developing business in Australia, ASEAN countries, and India is essential. Experience with CRM systems, strong skills in sales planning and pipeline management, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and strong negotiation skills are required. The candidate should be energetic, results-driven, comfortable engaging customers at all levels, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A background in engineering or manufacturing is a strong plus, and fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required; additional language skills are advantageous.
