The Account Executive (SMB/MM) - LATAM, Spanish Speaking role at KnowBe4 focuses on acquiring new small to mid-sized business accounts and expanding relationships with existing clients in the Latin American market. This position is integral to KnowBe4's mission of enhancing cybersecurity awareness and practices among organizations worldwide. The successful candidate will join a dynamic sales team dedicated to promoting KnowBe4's comprehensive suite of security products.
Key responsibilities include identifying and securing new business opportunities within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. The Account Executive will also promote and sell KnowBe4's range of products to existing customers, aiming to achieve cross-sale and expansion targets. This involves building and maintaining a robust pipeline through various prospecting methods, conducting product demonstrations, and following up on leads generated by marketing and channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience selling to SMB/MM-sized businesses, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education is desirable. Familiarity with IT, security, or cybersecurity concepts is advantageous. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office, and web browsers is expected. Fluency in Spanish and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The role requires a motivated, energetic self-starter with strong collaborative and teamwork abilities, capable of working with minimal supervision.
