Account Executive / Senior Account Executive - AMER (Future Talent Opportunity)

Remote is seeking an Account Executive or Senior Account Executive to join our Sales Team, focusing on driving new business within the AMER region. This role is integral to expanding our Global HR Platform, which enables companies to recruit, pay, and manage international teams with ease. As part of our fully remote team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across six continents to deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

In this position, you will be responsible for creating and managing 'Land' opportunity deals, maintaining a pipeline of high-velocity opportunities, and presenting our services effectively to potential clients. Your day-to-day activities will include proactively addressing client inquiries, collaborating with internal departments to enhance client experiences, and efficiently closing sales deals while guiding clients through the process. Additionally, you'll identify new business opportunities and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closure.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, a high level of integrity and work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You should be adept at multitasking, prioritization, and time management, with a deep understanding of sales processes and the ability to qualify opportunities involving multiple decision-makers. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and a strong customer service orientation are essential. While experience in the HR industry and remote work is a plus, it is not required.

Compensation for this role includes a base salary with on-target earnings ranging from $149,300 to $251,950 USD annually.
