As an Account Executive, New Business, Supplier Sales at Xometry, you will be instrumental in expanding our supplier network by identifying and acquiring new manufacturing partners. This role is pivotal in connecting North American manufacturing companies with Xometry's digital marketplace, facilitating growth and innovation in the manufacturing sector.

Your primary responsibilities will include initiating and targeting new accounts for acquisition, educating potential suppliers on solutions, and managing business relationships to meet or exceed sales objectives. You will focus on consultative, solution-based selling of our highest-value products and services, ensuring a seamless transition of new accounts to the account management teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree, advanced verbal and written English skills, and at least four years of experience in a strategic business development role with closing experience, preferably in B2B sales. A self-starter mindset with an inquisitive approach, strong project management skills, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce are essential. Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms is also required.
