Account Executive (Mid-Market) (Fluent In German) (Position located in Berlin, Germany)
The Account Executive (Mid-Market) position at KnowBe4 is responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients within the mid-market business segment. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and requires fluency in German. Key responsibilities include acquiring new mid-market accounts within the assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. The Account Executive will build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities through various prospecting methods, follow lead cadence best practices, and conduct product demonstrations. Additionally, the role involves articulating the value proposition of KnowBe4's full suite of products and educating customers on how each product can improve their organization's security posture.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience selling to mid-market-sized businesses. A bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, security, or cybersecurity industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a motivated and energetic self-starter attitude, strong collaborative and teamwork skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision are essential. Fluency in German is mandatory.
