Jusbrasil is seeking an Account Executive to spearhead the development of the middle market segment, with occasional engagement in small accounts, within Jusbrasil Soluções. This role involves building and managing a qualified pipeline from scratch, introducing our legal data products to companies that have yet to realize their need for such solutions. The position offers the opportunity to shape the commercial operation, leaving a lasting impact on the team's processes and strategies.

Key responsibilities include actively prospecting middle market accounts, with a focus on verticals such as fintechs, credit institutions, legal tech companies, and law firms. The Account Executive will execute multichannel outbound cadences, including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and personalized videos tailored to each vertical. Managing the complete sales cycle—from discovery and demonstration to proposal, negotiation, and closure—is essential, requiring autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.

The ideal candidate will have over three years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record in outbound prospecting and closing deals. Experience in consultative sales to medium-sized companies, along with familiarity with shorter sales cycles in small accounts, is preferred. The role demands the ability to structure commercial processes, familiarity with sales engagement tools and CRMs, clear communication skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Preferred qualifications include experience with data products, background checks, compliance, credit, or legal tech solutions. A background in startups or scale-ups during growth phases (Series A–C), knowledge of advanced sales methodologies like MEDDIC or SPIN Selling, and experience selling to legal, compliance, risk, or financial buyers are advantageous.
