Account Executive II, Inbound
As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will play a pivotal role in managing and converting inbound leads into loyal customers, while also overseeing an existing portfolio of clients. Xometry is a leading digital marketplace that connects innovators with manufacturers, providing critical resources to facilitate growth and access to global manufacturing capacity.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying strategic long-term partners, and securing substantial, repeatable orders. You will develop business with both existing and new inbound customers, create and manage plans to achieve specific sales objectives, and assist clients in selecting the most suitable rapid manufacturing technologies for their projects. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for new projects related to prototyping and low-volume production, provide guidance to the sales engineering team in developing quotes, and deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, particularly in high-volume inbound sales. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or GoToMeeting is required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is essential, along with strong negotiation skills, a results-driven approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is also required.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $54,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
