As an Account Executive II at Xometry, you will manage and convert inbound leads into loyal customers while overseeing an existing book of business. Serving as a key point of contact, you will guide customers through the sales process, ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to deal closure. Your primary responsibilities will include building relationships that reflect company values of trust, service, and honesty, identifying strategic long-term clients, and securing substantial, repeatable orders. You will develop business with both existing and new inbound customers, create and manage plans to achieve specific sales objectives, and assist customers in selecting the best rapid manufacturing technology for their development projects. Additionally, you will provide guidance to the sales engineering team to develop quotes based on customer needs and deliver technical presentations at customer seminars and industry events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role, with experience in a high-volume inbound sales environment. Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom, WebEx, or GoToMeeting is required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is essential, along with strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.

The estimated base salary range for this role is $54,000 to $70,000 annually, plus commission, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
