Account Executive (ENT) (Fluent In German) (Remote in Germany)
The Account Executive (Enterprise) position at KnowBe4 is responsible for identifying and acquiring new enterprise-level clients within the assigned territory. This role involves creating opportunities through various prospecting methods, following up on inbound leads, and re-engaging with potential customers to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to expand KnowBe4's presence in the German market.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of enterprise business opportunities by deploying strategic prospecting techniques and conducting product demonstrations. The Account Executive will articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4’s full suite of products, educating customers on how each product enhances their organization's security posture. Managing the full sales cycle involves identifying key decision-makers, addressing potential roadblocks, and persistently following up to accurately forecast open opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience selling to enterprise-sized businesses. A bachelor's degree or higher education equivalent is desirable. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the IT, security, or cybersecurity industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in German, and a motivated, energetic self-starter attitude are essential. Strong collaborative and teamwork skills, along with the ability to work with minimal supervision, are also required.
