Account Executive
The Account Executive at Celonis is a key member of the UK enterprise sales team, focusing on expanding growth within existing enterprise accounts. This role involves strengthening market presence and engagement by leveraging top-tier products and collaborating with various departments, including Value Engineers and Business Development Representatives. The primary objective is to build relationships, identify new revenue streams within current clients, and contribute significantly to strategic objectives of market growth and increased share within established accounts.
Key responsibilities include discovering and cultivating new business opportunities within assigned client portfolios, establishing and strengthening connections across various organizational levels, and understanding client needs to articulate how Celonis can address them. The Account Executive will guide the sales journey through prospecting, qualification, client engagement, needs analysis, solution proposal, and closing deals. Additionally, the role involves conducting comprehensive presentations and demonstrations tailored to specific use cases and forging strong partnerships with leading consulting firms, SaaS partners, and the Big 4.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales, particularly in roles focused on expanding existing business opportunities. They should possess the ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers and have a track record of selling enterprise-level software applications to C-level stakeholders. Experience collaborating with partners, such as consulting firms or providers of enterprise technology solutions, is essential. Effective and articulate communication skills, with proficiency in English, are also required.
