The position is based in New York, requiring in-office presence five days a week.
In this role, the Account Director will spearhead pre-sale strategies by crafting compelling pitch decks, concept documents, KPI models, and custom pricing frameworks tailored to agency briefs. They will navigate the dynamics of major holding companies, adapting pitches to fit diverse RFP processes and agency workflows. Additionally, the Account Director will transform complex marketer goals into high-impact MrBeast content integration opportunities, design agency-ready packaging, and manage multiple high-priority accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Candidates should have over 15 years of experience in media-agency-side integrated marketing strategy, brand-side media planning, or platform and publisher partnerships focused on agency channels. A deep understanding of major holding companies and their RFP processes is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of packaging integrated campaigns for agency-sourced clients, media literacy to specify MrBeast integrations without needing production explanations, and the ability to operate in a high-volume environment with multiple concurrent deals.
The compensation package includes a fixed annual salary ranging from $178,000 to $223,000, plus an annual bonus, an employee equity plan grant, and comprehensive benefits.
