Alo Yoga is seeking an Accessories & Bags Designer 1 to join our dynamic team in Beverly Hills, California. This role is integral to our growing accessories category, focusing on the conceptualization, design, and development of fashion accessories that align with our brand's vision and target market. The ideal candidate is passionate, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting in-depth trend research both online and through market visits, creating original designs using sketches and CAD software, and overseeing the development and tracking of materials and trims. The designer will also be responsible for accurately completing PLM/BOM documentation, attending fittings to ensure prototype accuracy, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align designs with brand strategy and business goals.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or a related field, along with proven experience in accessories design demonstrated through a strong portfolio. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD is essential. A strong understanding of textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes, excellent visual and artistic skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also required.

The base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000 per year, with actual salaries varying based on factors including location, experience, and performance.
