In this position, the Client Sales Manager is responsible for selling 7card's products to SMBs throughout Romania. Key duties include developing and implementing proactive strategies to identify new sales opportunities, managing a portfolio of prospects, and preparing persuasive proposals and case studies to encourage adoption of 7card services. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to enhance product and market knowledge continually.
Candidates should have proven experience in high-volume B2B sales, consistently achieving and exceeding targets. Strong abilities to influence decision-makers and present tailored solutions are essential. A completed university degree, native Romanian language skills, and full professional proficiency in English are required. Exceptional interpersonal skills, ambition, confidence in handling challenging conversations, and the ability to organize priorities effectively in fast-paced environments are also important.
