ALO Architecture + Design is seeking a 3D Visualization Manager to join our dynamic team in Beverly Hills, California. As a key member of our Architecture and Store Design Team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our retail store designs through advanced 3D modeling and visualization techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to ALO's rapid growth and commitment to design excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Architecture and Design Project Managers to plan and construct detailed 3D models for new store designs. Your responsibilities will include updating and maintaining the 3D models and standards library, preparing 3D content for store designs, assisting in the development of schematic designs, and setting up presentation sheets for internal and external reviews. Ensuring that all renderings meet brand standards and incorporate all visual components is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Design, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of architecture or design experience, preferably in the retail sector. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI visualization tools is required. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, adaptability to changing priorities, and the ability to manage relationships effectively are crucial. A passion for both overarching design concepts and intricate details, as well as knowledge of construction practices, will be advantageous.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $85,000 to $110,000 per year, with actual compensation varying based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. Additional rewards may include performance bonuses, long-term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
