Workplace Real Estate Portfolio Strategist

Stripe is seeking a strategic and collaborative Real Estate Portfolio Strategist to join its Workplace team. This role involves developing and managing Stripe's global real estate portfolio strategy, aligning business and workforce priorities into actionable long-term plans. The strategist will partner with Workplace, Finance, and People teams to evaluate trade-offs, develop strategic options, and guide critical investment and footprint decisions. Key responsibilities include supporting portfolio strategy and long-range planning, developing and evaluating portfolio scenarios, producing high-quality narratives and presentations for executive discussions, maintaining analytical frameworks for portfolio reviews, and refining governance models and decision-making frameworks.

Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace Strategy, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Portfolio Management, preferably at a high-growth, global company. They must demonstrate experience leading complex analytical and strategic workstreams, possess advanced modeling skills, and have exceptional executive communication abilities. Strong judgment, comfort operating in ambiguity, and the ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives are essential. Familiarity with workplace and real estate concepts such as portfolio optimization, occupancy and capacity planning, lease economics, capital planning, and total cost of occupancy is a plus.
