As a Working Student in Compliance, you will be the primary point of contact for Wolt's merchant partners in Germany, guiding them through the process of updating their business information to meet current regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include proactive outreach to partners via phone, addressing inquiries, and assisting them in navigating the data update process. Additionally, you will manage cases and leads, maintain accurate records in internal systems, and collaborate closely with the German project team to ensure seamless processing of updated information.

Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, a positive and professional demeanor over the phone, and a proactive approach to customer engagement. Enrollment in a university program is required, with a preference for studies in Business Administration, Law, Communications, or related fields. Fluency in German (C1/C2) is essential for daily interactions with partners, while good English proficiency is necessary for internal communication. Additional language skills, such as Vietnamese, Turkish, or Arabic, are advantageous due to the diverse backgrounds of Wolt's merchant partners.
