Web Content & CRO Specialist - 12 month FTC
Experian is seeking a Web Content & CRO Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term contract to manage and implement strategic initiatives on our consumer website, This role is integral to optimizing user experience, enhancing engagement, and driving business growth through digital strategies within our Marketing and Communications department.
Key responsibilities include managing customer journeys across by handling daily content production requests, updating live content, and conducting optimization tests to improve page performance. The specialist will provide regular performance analyses of webpages and end-to-end journeys, reporting on conversion and engagement KPIs, heatmapping insights, and session replay findings. Additionally, the role involves leading the A/B testing roadmap for core paid media journeys, attending Agile ceremonies, defining test briefs, managing development tickets, and concluding tests with analytical reports.
The ideal candidate will have experience in eCommerce or website management, data analysis, customer journey optimization, and conversion rate improvement. Proficiency with analytics tools such as GA4, heatmapping/session replay tools, and knowledge of A/B testing methodologies are essential. A good understanding of various marketing channels, including SEO, Paid Media, and CRM, and their impact on website performance is required. Experience with Jira or similar ticket management software is also necessary. Desirable qualifications include basic HTML/CSS knowledge, familiarity with SEO principles and best practices, and exposure to tools like Optimizely or Hotjar.
Compensation includes a competitive package with a discretionary bonus.
