Anaqua is hosting a Walk-In Drive Event on Saturday, May 16, 2026, seeking experienced Patent Docketing Specialists and Paralegals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of patent docketing for both U.S. and non-U.S. jurisdictions. Your daily tasks will include docketing and de-docketing deadlines in the Intellectual Property Management System (IPMS), uploading and linking relevant documents, updating bibliographic information, generating reminders for paralegals and attorneys, and performing quality audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in patent docketing, with comprehensive knowledge of filing and prosecution practices in the USPTO, PCT, EP, JP, CN, and other major jurisdictions. Proficiency in IPMS platforms such as Anaqua or Pattsy Wave is advantageous. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, along with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively, are essential for success in this role.
