Senior Consultant, AQS Client Success

The Senior Consultant, AQS Client Success at Anaqua plays a pivotal role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of intellectual property management services. This position is integral to Anaqua's Services division, focusing on providing best-in-class support to patent and trademark clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities include managing client relationships for both new and existing clients, proactively communicating to keep portfolio records current and accurate, and providing internal and external software training related to the Services division. The role also involves monitoring docketing, delivering data reconciliation, authoring and updating process documentation, and engaging in continuous process improvements and change management across the business.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or related experience, with 3+ years of intellectual property experience. Essential skills include superb attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, proactive client relationship management, and the capacity to multitask on multiple complex tasks. Proficiency in MS Office technologies and excellent communication skills are also required. Paralegal skills and knowledge of intellectual property are valuable, as is experience in a change management environment.
