The Vice President of Small Business Sales at Carrot will lead and expand the company's small and medium-sized business (SMB) sales division. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth within a high-potential market segment, aligning with Carrot's mission to provide comprehensive fertility and family care solutions globally.

Key responsibilities include formulating and implementing the SMB sales strategy to consistently meet or exceed revenue targets. The VP will manage a team of approximately 8–10 SMB sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture through clear expectations, coaching, and continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves designing and operationalizing the SMB sales engine, encompassing forecasting, pipeline management, deal strategy, and performance inspection.

The ideal candidate will possess 8–10+ years of sales experience, including significant leadership roles. A proven track record in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams is essential. Experience in selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions to HR, Benefits, Finance, Healthcare, or executive buyers is required, along with strong executive presence and confidence in engaging senior decision-makers.

The starting base salary for this role is $185,000–$200,000, with actual compensation varying based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.
