Director, Procurement

Carrot Fertility is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Procurement to establish and lead its global procurement function. This foundational role involves designing sourcing, vendor management, and spend governance processes that scale with Carrot's rapid growth, international expansion, and IPO readiness. The Director will collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Technology, People, and Commercial teams to ensure vendor spend aligns with Carrot's financial goals, compliance requirements, and strategic priorities.
