Carrot Fertility is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB sales team. In this role, you will own the full sales cycle for small and mid-sized employer accounts in the Southeast territory, from initial outreach and discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close. You will work with HR leaders and benefits decision-makers to understand their workforce needs and position Carrot’s platform as a meaningful solution for their employees.

Key responsibilities include developing and managing a robust sales pipeline, leading discovery conversations with HR leaders, and presenting tailored proposals that align Carrot’s platform with the prospect’s business outcomes and employee experience goals. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and Marketing to support deal progression and ensure smooth handoffs.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in HR tech, employee benefits, healthcare, or SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience selling to HR, People Operations, or Benefits leaders is essential, along with proficiency in Salesforce and strong communication skills. Alignment with Carrot’s mission to expand access to fertility and family-building care is highly valued.

Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position ranges from $88,000 to $118,000, with actual compensation varying based on confirmed job-related skills and experience.
