VP, Product Management
The Vice President of Product Management at ProShares will oversee the complete lifecycle of the company's exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Key responsibilities include driving commercial success throughout the product lifecycle, from promotional planning and product launches to ongoing support and potential rationalization. The VP will own strategic product messaging and positioning, build business cases for product initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional product support initiatives. Additionally, the role involves monitoring product performance, executing product enhancements, and conducting research and analytics to identify market opportunities and inform product development.
Candidates should have at least five years of experience in the investment management industry, particularly with '40 Act products such as ETFs and mutual funds. Outstanding project management skills are essential, including the ability to manage complex business processes through influence. Experience in product development, product launches, product lifecycle management, and consolidations is required. A strong track record in strategy or corporate development related to distribution efforts is also desirable.
ProShares offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $100,000 to $150,000, with additional discretionary bonus compensation.
