Senior Regulatory Counsel (Securities)

ProShares, a leading sponsor of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), is seeking a Senior Regulatory Counsel (Securities) to join their Bethesda, Maryland office. This role offers the opportunity to work within one of the largest and most diverse ETF complexes in the United States, focusing on complex and innovative product and business issues. The position reports directly to the General Counsel and serves as a senior legal partner to leadership across ProShares' growing ETF and registered funds business.
