The Vice President of Client Transformation at WPP Media is a pivotal leadership role responsible for bridging strategic vision with operational execution and fostering deep client partnerships. Leading and managing the end-to-end transformation workshop process is a crucial aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have progressive leadership experience in client-facing roles within consulting, client management, or transformation practices. Proven success in leading and executing large-scale, cross-functional client change programs from concept through to sustained impact is essential. Deep expertise in change management methodologies and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures and stakeholder dynamics in client environments are also required.
