UX Researcher (Blockchain Foundation)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a UX Researcher to join their blockchain foundation team, which powers a Layer 1 network aimed at enhancing user accessibility within the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. This role is pivotal in understanding user behavior and advocating for user-centric improvements across the company's products.

The UX Researcher will be responsible for conducting comprehensive user studies to gather insights on user behavior and preferences. They will analyze research findings to inform design and product decisions, advocate for user needs throughout the product development process, and collaborate with product and design teams to create user-friendly interfaces. Additionally, the role involves developing and implementing research methodologies tailored to project goals and presenting research findings to stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.

Candidates should have a background in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field. Proven expertise in various research methods, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, is essential. Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights are required, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey research findings to diverse audiences. Experience in the blockchain or DeFi sector is preferred; however, candidates with backgrounds in fintech, finance, or consumer applications are also encouraged to apply.
