Technical Project Manager (Perp DEX)

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives. Additionally, the Technical Project Manager will identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success, communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively, and implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Qualifications for this position include a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Candidates should have proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry, a strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
