Experian is seeking a mid-level User Researcher to join our Product Design team. This role is integral to our growing User Research team, focusing on enhancing the user experience across two product domains. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gain deep insights into our customers and inform evidence-based decisions.

In this position, you will work alongside designers, product managers, and engineers to plan and execute research initiatives throughout the product lifecycle, from initial discovery to post-launch evaluation. Your contributions will directly influence product direction and measurable outcomes, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of our development process.

Key responsibilities include identifying research opportunities, conducting various research methodologies such as usability testing and in-depth interviews, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights. You will champion the voice of the customer across teams and contribute to the evolution of our research practices and tools.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in-house within a product team, proficiency in usability testing, and hands-on experience with qualitative methods like interviews and diary studies. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to balance research rigor with efficiency.
