Treasury Manager
As a Treasury Manager at Bitso, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the company's global cash flow strategy. This role involves managing liquidity across multiple jurisdictions, including the USA, Bahamas, Cayman Islands, Gibraltar, Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. You will work closely with the Head of Treasury to ensure the company's financial health and support its mission to make cryptocurrency useful and accessible.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive weekly, monthly, and 12-month rolling cash flow forecasts. You will consolidate data from over 12 international entities, managing a diverse portfolio of fiat currencies, cryptocurrencies, and stablecoins. Additionally, you will establish standardized methodologies for cash flow reporting, conduct variance analyses, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership regarding liquidity, capital efficiency, and multi-currency exposure.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, along with at least 7 years of experience in treasury, focusing on cash flow management and long-term financial planning. Proficiency in managing crypto assets and stablecoins, including knowledge of institutional custody, wallets, and blockchain-based settlements, is essential. Strong experience in global cash pooling, banking relationship management, and proficiency in high-end TMS or ERP systems are also required. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is necessary.
