The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active bar membership in good standing. A minimum of 5 years of legal experience, with a focus on digital assets, privacy laws, or data security, is required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks are essential. Experience in the financial services or technology sectors is preferred.
