Translation Project Coordinator
The Translation Project Coordinator at Questel plays a pivotal role in managing the translation and interpreting lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication between clients and linguists. This position is integral to the Questel Language Solutions (QLS) Team, contributing to the company's mission of facilitating efficient and sustainable innovation.
Key responsibilities include applying knowledge of QLS products and services to scope project requirements, developing a thorough understanding of Questel’s interpretation services, and managing various aspects of the translation and interpreting process. The coordinator will liaise between interpreters and clients to ensure smooth project completion and client satisfaction, maintain accurate project records, and manage project resources to ensure timely delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and fluency in English is essential. While not mandatory, fluency in another language is preferred.
