Data Operation Specialist
The Data Operations Specialist at Questel plays a pivotal role within the Sales Operations team, focusing on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's sales processes. In this role, the specialist is responsible for managing data quality, reporting, and supporting projects by cleaning Salesforce data, creating dashboards, and ensuring accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include updating, cleaning, and validating Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency, maintaining and updating reports and dashboards used by various departments, and monitoring data across Power BI, Salesforce, and Synergy to ensure alignment and report any inconsistencies. Additionally, the specialist will create new reports and dashboards for internal needs, identify and report data issues such as errors or duplicates, and collaborate with teams like CRM, Finance, and Sales Administration Support Team (SAST) for cross-functional data tasks.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, CRM operations, or similar roles in a multinational environment. Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages like French being advantageous. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with experience using Salesforce, comfort with new IT software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Power BI is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple high-priority demands, and a commitment to maintaining high data standards.
