Transactions Counsel, APEX

Flagship Pioneering is seeking a highly motivated Transactions Counsel to join our growing Transactions team. Flagship undertakes numerous complex and value-oriented transactions, including joint ventures, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, licensing, collaborations, global fundraising, and business and corporate development initiatives. These activities are led by a cross-disciplinary group known as the APEX Group, which stands for Acquisitions, Partnership, Equity, and eXecution. This role offers an outstanding opportunity for an early-career attorney with strong transactional experience to gain exposure to innovative companies and partnerships involved in groundbreaking transactions.
