Strategic Transactions Counsel, APEX

Flagship Pioneering is seeking a highly motivated Strategic Transactions Counsel to join our growing Transactions team. Flagship undertakes numerous complex and value-oriented transactions, including joint ventures, partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, licensing and collaborations, global fundraising, and business and corporate development initiatives. These activities are led by the cross-disciplinary "APEX Group," an acronym for "Acquisitions, Partnership, Equity, and eXecution."
