Bosch Group is seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join its dynamic in-house legal department in Denham, UK. As a Trainee Solicitor, you will be involved in drafting various legal documents, including commercial contracts and court documents, and will participate in meetings and interviews under supervision. Your role will encompass legal research on topics such as product safety, competition, data protection, advertising, intellectual property, and company law. You will observe and conduct negotiations, assist in dispute resolution processes, and support larger transactions or manage smaller ones with guidance. Additionally, the position offers the chance to develop soft skills like teamwork, networking, time management, and workload management.

Ideal candidates should have completed or be in the process of completing the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE1 and SQE2) before September 2026. A 2:1 degree is required, along with previous experience in a legal vacation scheme, as a paralegal, or in an in-house legal role. Applicants should demonstrate a strong interest in commercial and company law, possess excellent communication and administrative skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to manage deadlines, along with being well-organized, proactive, and self-motivated, is essential.
