Bosch Rexroth India is seeking an Assistant Manager or Deputy Manager for Company Secretarial & Legal functions. This role is integral to ensuring compliance with corporate laws and providing legal support within the organization. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, including conducting Board, CSR, and General meetings, and maintaining statutory records. Duties also encompass regular filings with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, managing DEMAT accounts, and supporting shareholders with documentation for the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Additionally, the role involves implementing automation and digitalization in secretarial practices and overseeing compliance with FEMA and other statutory provisions.
Key qualifications include an LLM, Inter CS, or CS certification, coupled with 10-12 years of experience in legal and secretarial domains. The ideal candidate should possess a thorough understanding of corporate laws, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple compliance requirements effectively. Proficiency in drafting legal documents and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders is essential.
