Third Party Account Manager
The Third Party Account Manager at Figure serves as the primary liaison between the company and its broker and correspondent partners, overseeing Non-QM loan files from submission through funding. This role is integral to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the loan process, contributing to Figure's mission of transforming capital markets through blockchain technology.
Key responsibilities include reviewing loan packages to confirm they meet submission standards and program guidelines, collecting and validating documentation related to income, assets, credit, and disclosures, and maintaining up-to-date statuses in the Loan Origination System (LOS). The Account Manager also responds to internal quality control or audit findings post-close and delivers exceptional service to broker partners through regular status updates and proactive pipeline management.
Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years of mortgage operations experience, with at least 2 years focused on Non-QM products. Strong knowledge of Non-QM guidelines, third-party workflows, and loan structuring is essential. Prior experience as a Third Party Account Manager, Processor, or Coordinator is highly valued. Clear, confident communication skills and the ability to build strong broker relationships are crucial, along with familiarity with LOS platforms and a passion for operational efficiency. A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment are also important. A BA/BS degree is preferred but not required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $59,400 to $71,280 per year, with a 25% annual bonus target paid quarterly. The position also offers company equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
