Tenable, Inc. is seeking a Territory Account Manager to drive business growth in assigned regions by managing existing client relationships and developing new opportunities. In this role, the Territory Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding the existing client base through regional marketing and direct sales activities. Key duties include identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities via prospecting and networking, managing the sales pipeline, targeting key accounts and vertical markets, and achieving assigned sales budgets and objectives. The position also involves providing regular sales forecasts and managing the daily activities of sales personnel dedicated to the region.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5-7 years of experience directly related to the role. A consultative approach to presenting ideas and products, proficiency with sales tracking tools, and outstanding oral and written communication skills are essential. Attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and the capacity to travel approximately 25% of the time are also required.

Compensation for this position ranges from $114,500 to $152,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for variable compensation, such as commission for sales roles or bonuses for non-sales roles, based on company and individual performance.
