Technical Solutions Engineer
Stripe is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to support and enhance the developer experience by assisting users in integrating and utilizing Stripe's financial infrastructure. In this role, you will engage directly with developers to explain technical concepts, build and debug integrations, and create comprehensive guides to facilitate successful product adoption. Your responsibilities will include communicating with external developers across various programming languages, resolving complex integration challenges through multiple support channels, developing and maintaining documentation and code examples, identifying and addressing points of friction in the developer experience, and acting as a developer advocate within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have at least four years of full-stack software development experience, a strong ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, proficiency in writing clean code across multiple programming languages, and the capability to assist users during regional working hours. Preferred qualifications include excellent writing skills, general software engineering expertise, experience in teaching or coaching developers, comfort working autonomously, and a degree in Computer Science or a related field. This remote position requires candidates to be located in British Columbia.
