Technical Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)
Stripe is seeking a Technical Recruiter on a fixed-term contract to support the growth of its Technology teams across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. In this role, the recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with internal stakeholders to understand hiring objectives and develop strategies to meet headcount goals. Responsibilities include building cross-functional partnerships with departments such as compensation, human resources, and finance to scale hiring efforts, generating a pipeline of high-quality candidates through branding initiatives, events, and employee referral channels, and providing timely reporting of key metrics to inform decision-making and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have 8 to 12 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house, with a proven track record of engaging passive talent and building pipelines aligned with long-term organizational goals. Strong initiative, the ability to navigate complex and evolving environments autonomously, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. A data-driven approach to recruiting, utilizing market trends and internal metrics to refine strategies and improve process efficiency, is also required.
