Technical Project Manager (Perp DEX)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. This role focuses on driving the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.

The Technical Project Manager will coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects aligned with strategic objectives, identifying project risks and developing mitigation strategies, effectively communicating project status and milestones to stakeholders, and implementing best practices and tools for project management within the decentralized exchange landscape.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry is essential. A strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and leadership skills are necessary to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
