Technical Project Manager, AI Product Enablement
Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives focused on AI-enabled products, platforms, and workflows. This role involves close collaboration with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions throughout the software development lifecycle. The position requires operating in fast-paced, technically rigorous environments, particularly those involving AI/ML systems, data pipelines, and AI-assisted development practices.
Key responsibilities include partnering with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to understand goals, technical constraints, dependencies, and delivery risks. The Technical Project Manager will own the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, from discovery and planning through execution, release, and realization of business value. Additionally, the role involves designing, maintaining, and communicating project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and delivery metrics, as well as anticipating risks and dependencies to proactively remove impediments.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing technical projects across the software development lifecycle in a technically rigorous environment. Demonstrated end-to-end project ownership with a track record of driving initiatives to realized business value is essential. Strong, pragmatic knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies, the ability to tailor approaches to different delivery contexts, and a solid understanding of software development practices are required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational and planning capabilities, are also necessary.
The compensation for this role ranges from $225,000 to $275,000, inclusive of base salary and discretionary target bonus. The expected base salary is between 75% and 85% of this wage range.
